May 12, 2014 – Phillips Edison & Company (“PECO”), a fully integrated retail real estate company with a portfolio of more than 31 million square feet of shopping centers across the country, announced today that it has reached a lease agreement with Cincinnati-based healthcare technology company, Unlimited Systems, to occupy the top floor of The Kenwood Collection (“The Collection”).
Adjacent to Kenwood Towne Centre, one of the country’s most successful enclosed malls, The Collection consists of approximately 310,000 leasable square feet of upscale shopping, dining and services, over 240,000 square feet of Class A office space, and a 2,300-car fully covered parking garage.
